How do I choose the right size?
Our pieces are designed to adapt to the body. We recommend choosing your usual size.
What if I'm between sizes?
If you prefer a more sculpted fit — size down. For more coverage and comfort — size up.
How does the fit run?
True to size, with a flexible, adjustable fit.
Will the fabric stretch?
Yes. Our fabrics are bi-elastic and adapt naturally to your body.
Do you provide size recommendations?
Yes. You can contact our customer care team via email or WhatsApp and we will guide you based on your measurements.
Can I get help before ordering?
Of course. We're available to assist you personally.
How do I measure myself?
1 – Take your measurements directly on the body with a measuring tape around your bust, waist, and hips without over-tightening.
2 – Your waist is measured at the narrowest part of the waist. Hold the tape measure snugly to your body without pulling it too tight.
3 – The circumference of your hips is measured at the fullest point of your pelvis.
4 – Your leg is measured from waist to heel, with the tape following the natural contour of your leg.
5 – Your arm is measured from shoulder to wrist, with the tape following the natural curve of your relaxed arm.

Do different styles fit differently?
Slightly. Each product page includes specific fit notes.

Delivery & Shipping

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across Lebanon.
How long does delivery take?
2–4 working days across Lebanon.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
A flat delivery fee of $5 applies across Lebanon.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an automatic email saying your order has been processed. Once the order has been sent to you, you will get another email saying your order has been dispatched and we will provide you with the tracking ID to follow up on your shipment.
Do you offer express delivery?
Available upon request for selected areas.
Can I change the delivery address after I've made an order?
Only before an order is dispatched. Once shipped, changes are not guaranteed.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Are returns free?
Return delivery fees apply and are covered by the client.
Can I return swimwear if it doesn't fit?
Yes, if unworn and with the hygiene sticker intact.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Used, damaged, or items without original tags.
Can I exchange for a different size or style?
Yes, subject to availability.
How do I start a return or exchange?

How long does the refund process take?
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

How should I wash my swimwear?
Hand wash in cold water only.
How do I care for velvet swimwear?
Delicate machine wash is acceptable. Use a gentle cycle and avoid friction with rough surfaces.
How do I care for lace swimwear?
Delicate machine wash is acceptable. We recommend using a protective laundry bag to prevent damage.
How do I care for organza swimwear?
Hand wash only. Handle with extra care to preserve the structure and delicate finish.
Will the fabric lose its shape or color over time?
No, with proper care.
Is it resistant to chlorine and salt water?
Yes, but prolonged exposure should be avoided.
Can sunscreen or oils damage the fabric?
Our fabrics are resistant, however prolonged exposure to oils and sunscreen may affect the appearance. We recommend rinsing after use.
How should I dry the garment?
Lay flat in shade. Avoid direct sunlight.
How can I keep the fabric looking new?
Avoid heat, friction, and harsh chemicals.
Do you offer repair service?
